Mindful, previously VHT was a powerhouse product with no story.
A deep dive into the brand transformation that redefined how Mindful connects with its audience — through emotion, clarity, and purpose.

We saw an opportunity to do the opposite of what everyone else was doing. While competitors leaned dark and technical, we chose warmth, clarity, and humanity. Language that felt friendly, not corporate. A B2C mindset applied to a B2B product. Using 3D storytelling, we brought frustrating customer experiences to life in a way that was expressive storytelling that helped carry the emotional impact of what our product could do.
The result was a complete transformation: a brand that felt modern, human, and unmistakably different. Not to mention, so much fun to build.

A Mindful campaign that unified product and marketing around a single story.
Built around the belief that technology should improve people's lives, the work leaned into the brand's playful, human tone to create something fun, approachable, and genuinely engaging.

Instead of polished actors, we put our own team on camera, because we felt it gave the production an authentic touch. They were our product engineers, who were camera-shy and skeptical at first, but they worked incredibly hard and we were so proud of the results.
Strategically, the launch shoot doubled as an asset engine, producing video cutdowns, animations, and feature scripts that powered the website and sales long after release. We styled out CCW booth to match the look and feel of the product release, bringing "The Kindness Lab" into the expo hall. It was, no doubt, a hit.

Crafting the visual identity and experiential design for Medallia's flagship event.

Deliver a premium, brand-forward user conference at the Wynn, one of the most expensive venues in the country, while working within tight budget and operational constraints. Historically, the event felt like a generic conference. We needed to make it unmistakably Medallia and measurably better for attendees.
We rebuilt the experience around what attendees told us mattered most. Instead of expensive one-off moments, we invested in sustainable, repeatable elements that improved flow, clarity, and cohesion. We wrapped the entire event in a distinct Medallia brand system so every touchpoint felt intentional and connected.
A more cohesive, attendee-first experience that increased conference NPS and strengthened brand equity. Experience became synonymous with Medallia, not just another industry event.

A newly rebranded audit software company entering a category dominated by two well-established competitors with heavy brand spend and strong market equity. We needed to break through fast in Boston, command attention, and reposition them as a serious contender.
We built the campaign around two simple, high-impact levers:
We launched across high-visibility OOH placements throughout Boston — subway stations and street-level boards — creating an arresting, cohesive presence across the city. The design gave passersby a moment of visual relief and intrigue, while tying directly back to the broader rebrand narrative.
We later extended the same creative system into a Times Square podcast promotion, using the signature green and stat-driven messaging to maintain consistency while expanding the story. The campaign became flexible enough to promote both product value and brand voice.
About
My approach is part research, part executive alignment, and part "let's see how far we can push this." From shifting market perception to boosting stock evaluation, I show leadership teams how to turn an underutilized brand into their most beloved asset. If you aren't investing here, you're leaving money, and customers, on the table. I can show you why.
I love what I do and I do it with my best friends who are credited above, what a life.
